E-government services in the Russian Federation are actively developing; over the past three years, the number of government services has increased 2.5 times: from 234.5 million to 570 million units, Deputy Head of the Ministry of Digital Development, Communications and Mass Media of the Russian Federation Oleg Kachanov reported at a conference. At the same time, artificial intelligence (AI) technologies are actively integrated into government services and help citizens maintain a dialogue with the government.

– The digital assistant based on AI content writing service technologies “Max” allows you to get an answer to almost any question about the state, is a trusted source of information, has a simple and understandable format, provides services, notifications and documents, and is also a partner of various platforms.
In order to move away from paper documents, the Ministry of Digital Development is paying special attention to the development of the GosDoki service for storing and presenting personal documents of Russians in digital form. With the help of this service, one can confirm one's identity in financial institutions (the number of requests reaches 900 thousand per month), at the post office (470 thousand per month), conclude lease, purchase and sale and service agreements (50 thousand per year).
Currently at the pilot stage are services for organizing access to buildings and check-in to hotels, as well as agreements on the processing of personal data via QR code.
"The national data management system is the basis for the digital profile and online services," continued Oleg Kachanov. He added that this system consists of trusted machine-readable registers, access to data of which does not exceed 3 seconds.
THE SERVICE "STATE REAL ESTATE REGISTER SHOWCASE" HAS ALREADY BEEN LAUNCHED
36 regional showcases for making an appointment with a doctor and school education showcases are available. The system is used to provide various online services, fill out forms and a digital profile with data from the showcases, the representative of the Ministry of Digital Development noted.
In the near future, the agency expects the implementation of automatic decision-making based on data from showcases and changes to the regulatory framework for decision-making on complex processes.
